Introducing Our Quadra Island Project

Velsen Homes is proud to be part of the development of the new Recycling Depot that will support the entire Quadra Island community. This project is currently underway and represents an important step toward improving local waste management and environmental sustainability.

Our work began with excavating the existing site, which had previously been backfilled, and preparing the ground for long-term structural stability. We then brought in engineered fill to raise the site to the required elevation and ensure proper compaction. Following site preparation, our team constructed a grade beam foundation system designed to support the future recycling facility.

This project continues to progress, and we look forward to sharing more updates and photos as construction advances toward completion.
