Framing Nears Completion

The framing stage is a critical phase in any commercial building project. At Aqua Terra, the Velsen Homes team has worked efficiently to erect the skeleton of the building. This framework will support the walls, roof, and all other structural elements. The quality of framing directly impacts the durability and safety of the final building.

The framing includes:

  • Load-bearing walls carefully positioned for strength

  • Precise measurements to ensure alignment with architectural plans

This stage sets the foundation for the next step: wall installation.

Walls Will Be Completed Soon

Once framing is finished, the focus shifts to enclosing the building with walls. This step transforms the open framework into a secure, weather-tight structure.

  • This phase will make the building ready for interior work such as electrical, plumbing, and finishing.
