The facility features a well-designed office space, mechanical room, and washroom on one side, paired with a large two-bay shop and warehouse area on the other. This layout allows for efficient day-to-day operations while maintaining a clean and professional environment for customers.

Our team managed the project from early stages through to completion, including navigating a detailed and lengthy development permit process.
